How do I create an account? Is email required?
No. Vobbly uses anonymous accounts. Open the app, pick an avatar, type a username, hit "Start Battle" — you're in.
If I change phones do I lose my coins and battle history?
By default yes — anonymous accounts are tied to the install. If you do Profile → Protect Account → Link with Apple, your Apple ID gets attached to the account and your progress comes back even on a new device.
I bought coins but they didn't credit.
They usually credit within 30-60 seconds. If they don't:
- Save the receipt that arrives at your Apple ID email (transaction ID, date, amount)
- Email support@vobbly.app with: your username + transaction ID + time
- We'll review and credit your coins within 7 days
I got banned. What can I do?
Bans are applied automatically based on community reports. If the reason looks wrong, write to support@vobbly.app with your username and your appeal. We review within 7 days; if you're right we lift it.
I'm not getting notifications. Why?
Two things to check:
- iOS Settings → Vobbly → Notifications must be on
- Inside the app: Profile → Notifications toggle must be on
If you tapped "Don't Allow" on the first launch's notification prompt, iOS won't ask again — you have to enable manually from Settings.
My recording isn't working / mic is silent.
Check iOS Settings → Vobbly → Microphone. If you tapped "Don't Allow" on the first recording attempt's permission prompt, you'll need to enable it manually here.
I want to delete my account.
You can do it directly in the app: Profile → Delete My Account. There's a two-step confirmation (warning + retype your username). Once you confirm, your account, voice recordings, coins, and battle history are deleted immediately.
If you need help, email privacy@vobbly.app; we respond within 30 days for KVKK / GDPR requests. IAP receipts are retained for legal auditing.
I want to report a user.
On the voting screen, tap the flag icon at the top right of the player card. Pick a reason and submit. The auto-moderation system kicks in: 3 reports = warning, 5 = 24h ban, etc.
What's the age limit? Can kids play?
App Store age rating is 12+. Vobbly is not designed for users under 13. If you're under 18, you should use it with parental/guardian consent.
Is Vobbly available on Android?
