By using Vobbly you accept these terms. Please read carefully — especially the community rules, purchases, and refunds sections.
1. The Service
Vobbly is a social game where users compete anonymously through 10-second voice recordings. The community decides winners by voting. The app is operated by Veysi Yiğit (Diyarbakır, Türkiye).
2. Age
Vobbly is open to users 13 and older. If you're under 18 in Türkiye you should use the app with parental/guardian consent. App Store age rating: 12+.
3. Your Account
- Vobbly works on anonymous accounts — no email/password required. Pick an avatar + username and you're in.
- Linking with Apple Sign-In preserves your progress when you change devices.
- One account: each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate matches or votes is prohibited.
- Don't share account info. You're responsible for everything done from your account.
4. Community Rules
The following are not allowed:
- Hate speech, harassment, racism, sexism — zero tolerance.
- Sexual content (especially anything involving minors).
- Promotion of violence, terror, or illegal activity.
- Spam, advertising, links (in recordings or usernames).
- Targeting individuals personally (sharing real names, addresses, photos, etc.).
- Copyright infringement — using someone else's voice clips, songs, or content without permission.
- Bots / automation — scripts to manipulate coins or votes.
5. Content Moderation
- Users can report each other. Auto-ban thresholds: 3 reports → warning, 5 → 24h ban, 8 → 7-day ban, 12 → permanent ban.
- Permanent bans also block the device: Apple DeviceCheck stores a flag per device. Reinstalling the app or factory resetting won't reset it. Changing your Apple ID doesn't help either — DeviceCheck tracks the Apple ID + device pair.
- The Vobbly team reserves the right to review/remove inappropriate content and ban users.
- If you believe a ban was unfair, write to support@vobbly.app — we review within 7 days.
6. Virtual Currency (Coins)
- Coins are an in-app virtual unit only. They can't be redeemed for real money, transferred, or sold.
- If you delete your Vobbly account, all coins are lost.
- Vobbly may, at its discretion, change coin values, add/remove items, or grant bonuses.
7. Purchases & Refunds
7.1 Purchases
- Coin packs are sold through Apple App Store and Google Play. All payment + billing is handled by those platforms.
- Vobbly never sees or stores your payment card information — see the Privacy Policy.
7.2 Refunds
- Coin packs are "consumable digital content" — added to your account immediately on purchase, so refund eligibility is limited.
- For accidental purchases or technical failures where coins didn't arrive, request a refund through the platform:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: Google Play refund procedure
- If coins didn't credit on Vobbly's side, email support@vobbly.app with transaction ID + date and we'll fix it within 7 days.
8. Ads
- Vobbly serves rewarded ads via Google AdMob. Ads play only when the user taps "Watch Ad" — there are no other ad placements.
- App Tracking Transparency (ATT) is not requested; ads are served as non-personalized.
9. Intellectual Property
- The Vobbly name, logo, design, and code belong to Veysi Yiğit. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- You retain ownership of voice recordings you upload. By uploading, you grant Vobbly a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to display, play, and submit them for voting on the platform.
- If you delete your account, your recordings stop appearing in new battles; existing battle records are anonymized within 30 days.
10. Service Warranty
- Vobbly is provided "as is" — no guarantee of continuous availability or error-free operation.
- The app may be temporarily inaccessible for maintenance, updates, or technical reasons.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vobbly is not liable for direct or indirect damages (loss of profit, data, reputation). Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
12. Account Termination
- You can delete your account anytime from Profile → Delete My Account.
- Vobbly reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate community rules without warning.
- Terminated accounts forfeit any remaining coins, badges, and progress.
13. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes get an in-app or push notification. The current version is always on this page.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Diyarbakır.
